>>>Saving Bank Control Organization branch works in Head Post Office under Post Master or Sr. Post Master. Voucher Checking is the basic work of this branch those vouchers received from Head Post office and Sub Post office. All the work procedure for this branch is included in SB order 04/2021 and latest SB order. This branch is very vigilant branch in Post office to monitor POSB operation on counter by checking it's vouchers and other techniques. If any irregularities notice by SBCO Branch then Objection raised by SBCO supervisor. This objection transferred to respective office for early settlement after satisfactory documents.

>>>MAP (Memo of Admission of Payment) :: If any irregularities or alterations done by depositor or Customer ( in Deposit/ Withdrawal/ Closure form)

>>>COP (Certificate of Payment/Credit) :: If any irregularities or alterations done by Counter Clerk or Supervisor ( in Deposit / Withdrawal/ Closure Form)
