Respected Sir/Madam,

As per the approval of competent authority, CSI SAP basis team will be carrying out regular maintenance of SAP Database from 03:00 AM, 26-Jan-2023 till 04:00 AM of 27-Jan-202 

The following business applications will not available during this period.

1.         SAP ECP complete application will not be accessible which includes IPVS, DPMS, SD, MM, FICO
2.         SAP EP application will not be accessible as backend system is SAP ECP.
3.         SAP CRM & Bulking Booking will not be accessible. 

Therefore, suitable directions may kindly be issued to all.
