EOD Instruction
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding Finacle EOD Instructions for 13/01/2023
DBA team is working to restore the services. Expected time of restoration is 45 mts. ENTERED/POSTED/PARTLY POSTED txns will be shared by email.
ENTERED transaction will be DELETED. POSTED transaction will be unblocked.
Divisional SPOCs are requested to keep available over phone to clear the PARTLY POSTED Transactions if any.
Hence PO officials may leave office.
It is requested to kindly ensure that Division/Regional SPOCs officials are available for supporting CPC team.
POs may kindly be informed accordingly.
