Regarding UPI Payment related issue - Kind attn all SPOCs

Dear ALL Circle SPOCs,

Please ask the field offices to not raise the ticket for UPI payment failure issue in CSI POS queue as this issue is at PayU end. No solution is possible as of now from CSI POS end as of now hence do not raise the SD ticket. Issue is already escalated to PayU team and they are working on the same
