Reserve Training Pool (RTP)
A Reserve Training Pool (RTP) is a system designed to recruit and train candidates for positions that are not immediately regularized but are essential for managing workload fluctuations or temporary staffing needs, such as in the postal department.
Under the RTP system, candidates are not appointed as permanent employees. Instead, they are engaged on a temporary basis to address short-term or seasonal requirements. These candidates typically receive hourly wages and may work in various roles based on organizational demands.
