The competent authority has approved the following Downtime of SAP CRM, SAP OEP, SAP PTM applications on Sunday, 26th Jan 2025.
Reason:
A communication error between onboard administration and blade server which is part of Superdome 4 Npar has been detected which hosts following application servers. HP OEM has suggested performing Power cycle to rectify this issue for which application shutdown is required.

Downtime Window: Sunday, 26th Jan 2025 10:00 AM to Sunday, 26th Jan 2025 5:00 PM
Business Impact: Being a National Holiday on Sunday, 26th Jan 2025, there will be minimum to negligible business impact. SAP CRM, SAP OEP and SAP PTM applications will not be accessible during the downtime window, i.e Complaint management, call center, track and trace, Retail and Bulk Booking, Bulk Customer Report and creation of schedule will be impacted.
